  My customer experience with your company (JAZP). It is totally a mess and very disappointing as I am dealing for the first time. 19 th july i ordered two products JQI474009 5 IN BEAUTY CARE MASSAGER JQI474061 FRM0120 FINISHING FLAWLESS ?I cancelled ?JQI474009 the same day by calling customer service. And then deliver the item the next day. You delivered the wrong product and informed the customer service again. After 2,3 times calling and following up, you return my money after 7 days. 26th july 2022 i order another product JQI474009 5 IN BEAUTY CARE MASSAGER ?29, 31 and 1st august i got calls from customer service, they keep on saying they will deliver the product today. When I contacted the customer service they said they cancelled the delivery because of not answering the call. I did not get any call from the delivery guy, I can verify from my side.
