Est Siga Osd Addressable Smoke Detector

Description

The EST SIGA-OSD Addressable Smoke Detector is a fire detection device designed for integration with compatible EST addressable fire alarm systems. It is intended to detect smoke conditions at an early stage and communicate the detected status to the connected addressable fire alarm control panel. Its addressable operation allows the detector to be individually identified within the fire alarm loop, supporting device-specific monitoring, alarm management, and accurate identification of the detection point. The SIGA-OSD is designed for fixed installation in areas where automatic smoke detection is required as part of a comprehensive fire safety arrangement. When smoke is detected according to the device's configured detection criteria, the detector communicates the corresponding alarm condition through the connected addressable system, allowing the control panel to identify the relevant detector location. It can be incorporated into suitable commercial, institutional, residential, and other premises equipped with compatible addressable fire alarm infrastructure. The detector can operate alongside other compatible fire alarm devices, including heat detectors, multi detectors, manual call points, sounders, flashers, monitor modules, and control modules. Installation, wiring, addressing, and configuration should be carried out according to the requirements of the compatible EST fire alarm system and applicable installation guidelines. With addressable smoke detection, individual device identification, and centralized alarm system integration, the EST SIGA-OSD provides a practical detection component for suitable intelligent fire alarm installations.
