The Maze runner is the story of Thomas who finds himself in a Glade a place surrounded by an ever-changing maze which has part-mechanic part mucus monsters called Grievers. He is at a complete loss of memory and is stuck therein with some 60 other boys called Gladers. Runners are those who try and find a way out of the maze. He finds that sting of a Griever can recall old memories but it is a terrifying process. In his journey of time he makes friends with various inmates.
