Product overheating especially during charging and also lagging. Cooling system very poor. Just day one and I have not even started working with it. It's just updating operating systems and logging in Microsoft apps and it's already hanging lagging and slow to open browser and apps. Display very poor quality. Sound quality even with headphones not good quality, I don't know it's sound drivers or that's just the best quality they could put in though it's cheap it's expensive coz not worth that price. It's just a cheap Chinese tablet in a laptop case. Very bad to put "Made in Qatar" in such unworthy thing. I really regret buying this. I wish jazp could exchange it with a refurbished branded laptop Do not buy this product. Delivery time from date of purchase another topic?
