    I ordered for 3 pieces of this product and it was delivered but its not functioning. I first lodged a complain and I was sent a video to see how it is operated. I did as was shown in the video but yet still the screen of watch doesn't turn on when plugged in the charger. I'm kindly requesting for a replacement please.
