It's pretty easy to use once you figure it out. However when we tried frying french fries, it didn't come out the usual yellow-golden way, but tasted exactly as you would in a McDonald's happy meal. We tried frying fish. In the insides it tastes just "cooked" and not "bursting with flavors " as in the case of traditional frying. The crust is crispy and the insides are tender. Do not overcook such that a black layer forms on it. Its acrylamide, and is hazardous.
