For the products listed under Jazp Warranty, repairs will be carried out at Jazp Trading authorized service centres. The products will be picked up once the complaint has been registered. The product should be returned with the original packaging and all the accessories that comes along.

In case of complaints, items covered by warranty will be picked up and sent to the respective service centres. This process may take 7-15 days and depending on the nature of the complaint, availability of the spare parts etc.

The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repairing of defective product or refunding the amount of the purchased product. All electronic items can only be sent for warranty once unboxed.

Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the warranty, we'll issue a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available, you'll be refunded in full. Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.

Warranty of Refurbished Phones/Laptop

  • Warranty: 30-90 days from the date of purchase (may differ for each product)
  • Return/Replacement: within 3 days (will be processed only after quality check. Product will be picked up and checked. May take 7-12 days)
  • Original invoice should be kept for verification.
  • The customers are advised to remove passwords/screen locks and log out from accounts like iCloud.
  • After 3 days (from the date of delivery), the product can only be serviced and will not be replaced unless there is any irreparable damage. (Refund will be processed if a replacement can’t be arranged)
  • Software updates for the items will only be available up to the last update by the manufacturer.
  • In case of replacement with a different product shipping charges will be applicable and restocking fees will be applied on refunds within 3 days.

Warranty will be void on below circumstances

  • Physical damages to the device because of improper usage
  • Damages from liquid exposure
  • Product tampering due to third party/self-repair attempt

Note: Items that are damaged, missing parts, missing box, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to will not be eligible for warranty claims.
